Every generation of parents asks the exact same critical question: how do we properly prepare our children for a fast-paced, highly unpredictable future world? In the heart of the United Arab Emirates, a brand-new, groundbreaking educational answer has officially opened its doors to families. MINIBOSS Business School Dubai, the locally led branch of the highly respected, UK-founded international education network, is officially announcing its very first formal intake starting on September 12, 2026. Located directly in the bustling academic hub of Dubai Knowledge Park, this innovative institution is offering children and teenagers a highly structured, multi-year pathway into global entrepreneurship, modern leadership, and real-world business thinking.
Moving far beyond traditional classroom theory, the MINIBOSS educational model focuses entirely on teaching practical business skills the exact way that children actually learn best: by actively building things from the ground up.
A Structured Pathway, Not Just a Weekend Camp
The local market for “kids’ entrepreneurship” in the Middle East is currently heavily dominated by one-off holiday camps and short, highly simplified weekend workshops. While these provide a temporary burst of excitement, they often lack long-term educational retention. MINIBOSS Business School takes a completely different, much more robust approach.
The school operates on an intensive, highly structured academic model utilized successfully across the entire international MINIBOSS network.
- Sequential Learning Curriculum: The comprehensive program runs on eight sequential courses, carefully designed to gradually grow in complexity as the young student matures.
- Annual Academic Milestones: Each individual course is meticulously designed to be fully completed over a standard academic year, ensuring deep comprehension rather than rushed memorization.
- 12 Types of Practical Application: The theoretical classroom learning is heavily supported by 12 distinct types of hands-on practice annually. This ensures that students do not just memorize business concepts, but actively live them.
- MINIBOSS International Diploma: Students who successfully complete the full multi-year academic pathway may officially qualify for the prestigious MINIBOSS International Diploma, subject to meeting the global network’s strict practical requirements.

From Classroom Theory to Real-World Startups
The practical component of the MINIBOSS curriculum is what truly sets it apart within the highly competitive Dubai education sector. The program actively requires students to step entirely out of their comfort zones and participate in the real business world.
Throughout their academic journey, young students are heavily immersed in actual startup creation, complex teamwork dynamics, and high-pressure pitching scenarios. The curriculum is beautifully enriched with exclusive masterclasses led by industry professionals, immersive business tours of operating companies, and active participation in competitive startup forums.
The ultimate point of the program isn’t a final letter grade. It is the development of a highly capable child who can seamlessly spot a hidden market problem, build a strategic business plan, and present it with absolute confidence to a real audience.
Meet the Visionary: Siddique Hills
The driving force behind bringing this revolutionary educational platform to the UAE is Siddique Hills, an incredibly experienced entrepreneur, education leader, and the Branch Owner and Director of MINIBOSS Business School Dubai.
Hills didn’t initially set out to build a business school for children. He set out to fundamentally fix a broken system he noticed as a student himself: that traditional education trains children to pass standardized exams and find a job, rather than teaching them how to build something of their own. Growing up in a small village and eventually becoming the first person from his community to study in the United States, Hills realized that education should be a powerful tool to build entrepreneurs.
Over the past decade, Hills has successfully built and exited multiple ventures across the education and technology sectors. He previously co-founded the Alsalama College of Optometry & Management Studies and founded Arabic Partner, an EdTech language-learning startup that impressively grew past 1,500 active users and AED 1.3 million in seed-stage revenue before a highly successful exit. Today, he also runs Knowledge & Startup Funds Investments, actively working with early-stage founders on growth strategy and fundraising.
“We’ve been teaching children how to pass exams instead of how to solve problems,” Siddique Hills explains. “If we want more innovators and entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship shouldn’t be an elective in university, it should be part of childhood.”
