Key Features of the DIFC Zabeel District

The new area is a beautifully constructed “Live-Work-Play” space that is much more than just a regular business center. Here’s a full list of what will be coming to this posh, futuristic neighborhood:

  • 1. The First Tech Hub and AI Campus in the World: Innovation never stops in the heart of the Zabeel District. The DIFC AI Campus and a high-tech Gaming & Immersive Technologies Hub take up more than a million square feet. This very contemporary neighborhood will include more than 6,000 tech-driven firms, making it the largest artificial intelligence center in the area.
  • 2. The DIFC Academy’s growth by ten times: The DIFC Academy is predicted to grow by an amazing 1,000%, which fits nicely with the Dubai Education Strategy 33 (E33). The new 370,000-square-foot flagship building will work closely with the top 25 QS-ranked schools in the world. It will have the ability to educate 50,000 students a year.
