Dubai’s commercial skyline is set for another major addition as LMD launches the Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower, a 372 metre Grade A office development on Sheikh Zayed Road, near Business Bay. The planned tower will rise 87 floors and is expected to be completed in Q2 2031.
The new development brings the Rockefeller name to Dubai through a commercial tower designed around premium office space, business facilities and hospitality style amenities. The project is positioned between some of the city’s most prominent business and lifestyle districts, including DIFC, Downtown Dubai and Business Bay.
A 372 Metre Commercial Landmark
According to project information, the Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower will stand approximately 372 metres tall, equivalent to around 1,220 feet, with 87 floors.

The building is planned as a Grade A commercial development containing 332 offices, ranging from individual suites to half floor and full floor headquarters.
Office configurations are designed for businesses of different sizes. Available spaces are reported to start from around 1,077 square feet, while larger options include half floors and full floor offices. The upper levels are planned with fewer offices, allowing larger occupiers greater privacy and wider views across Dubai.
The project is being developed by LMD, with the development registered under LMD Ventures Buying and Selling of Real Estate L.L.C. Public Dubai Land Department project data identifies the development as a commercial project in Business Bay.
What Is Behind the Rockefeller Name?
The tower’s name comes from Christian A. Rockefeller, described in current project material as a sixth generation member of the Rockefeller family.
The project is part of a broader move to bring the Rockefeller name into branded real estate developments.
However, the Dubai tower should not be confused with Rockefeller Center in New York or Rockefeller Group. Current project information distinguishes the development from those entities.
The Rockefeller branding is one of the project’s most distinctive elements, combining a globally recognised family name with Dubai’s rapidly expanding premium commercial property market.
Designed Around Grade A Offices
The tower is planned primarily around commercial users, with office spaces supported by a range of business and lifestyle facilities.
Reported plans include dedicated wellness and leisure areas, including a spa with treatment rooms, an ice room, sauna and steam facilities, alongside a gym, multipurpose studio, padel court and infinity pool.

Higher in the building, a Sky Exchange and Observatory is planned with meeting rooms, co working space, podcast rooms, a multipurpose hall and an outdoor bar.
The project is also expected to include more than 1,100 parking spaces, while high speed lifts will serve the office levels.
Sheikh Zayed Road Location
The location is another major part of the development’s positioning. The tower is described as being on Sheikh Zayed Road, between DIFC, Downtown Dubai and Business Bay, placing it close to some of the city’s established commercial and lifestyle destinations.

The project is expected to be handed over in Q2 2031, although public registration data has shown different completion information. The latest stated project timeline is therefore the more appropriate figure to reference.
A New Chapter for Dubai’s Business Skyline
With its 372 metre height, 87 floors, 332 Grade A offices and Rockefeller branding, the Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower adds another ambitious commercial project to Dubai’s evolving skyline.
If completed according to the current plans, the tower will bring together premium workplaces, business facilities and lifestyle amenities in a single Sheikh Zayed Road address, with handover currently expected in 2031.
