How to Nominate Your Guests
This extremely rewarding program is completely free to participate in and has been painstakingly designed to be as simple as possible. To successfully unlock your special prize packages you have to first persuade your loved ones to go to Dubai. Once their trip dates are confirmed, you will need to enter their personal details (passport number and expected month of arrival) via the official online nomination form.
You can nominate as many guests as you want, but you can only submit five at a time. You are qualified to host if you are a citizen or resident of the United Arab Emirates, are at least eighteen years old and have a valid Emirates ID. Your nominated visitors must not be nationals of the UAE and must have a valid tourist visa or a normal visa on arrival. Once the smart border system has successfully confirmed your guest’s arrival by land, sea or air, you will get an email within 72 hours with your ultimate rewards package.

Please note that these special benefit packages will be distributed to confirmed participants starting in August 2026. If you have not received your official benefit email within 72 hours of your visitor’s confirmed arrival, you can contact customer service through their official channels.
