Dubai is gearing up for a grand, month-long celebration marking the UAE National Day 2025, reflecting the nation’s unity, pride, and forward vision.
From Flag Day (November 3) to Eid Al Etihad (December 2), the emirate will host events, exhibitions, and community activities celebrating Emirati culture, innovation, and national identity.
What is National Month?
Duration: November 3 – December 2, 2025
National Month aims to honor the UAE’s national identity, commemorate its historic milestones, and inspire pride in the nation’s journey.
The campaign is led by Brand Dubai in collaboration with over 200 government, private, and community partners, ensuring the celebration reaches every corner of the city — from schools and cultural venues to malls and waterfronts.
The #ZayedAndRashid Campaign Returns
The highly successful #ZayedAndRashid campaign will make its return in 2025, paying tribute to the UAE’s founding leaders —
Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum.
Last year’s campaign generated more than 2 billion social media engagements.
The 2025 edition will aim for greater community participation, encouraging residents and visitors to share stories, photos, and reflections inspired by the leaders’ vision for unity and progress.
Eid Al Etihad Holiday 2025
As part of the UAE National Day celebrations, December 2 and 3, 2025, are confirmed public holidays.
- Confirmed: December 2–3 (official National Day holidays)
- Likely scenario: December 1 may be added, creating a 4-day break (Nov 29–Dec 4 with weekend)
- Possible but rare: December 1 and 4 included for a 5-day break — totaling 7 consecutive days off
